This policy applies only to how digital eBooks are delivered. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all eBook sales are final and non‑refundable once download access has been provided. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they are buying a non‑returnable, non‑refundable digital product.
Delivery Timeframe
Download access is usually granted immediately after payment is confirmed, but it may take up to 24 hours in some cases.If access has not been received within 24 hours, customers should contact us with their order details so download links can be reissued.
No Shipping Fees
Because all products are digital, there are no shipping, handling, or carrier fees of any kind. Any charges shown at checkout relate only to the eBooks and applicable taxes, not to physical shipping services.
