Black Dossier Publishing LLC does not offer refunds for its eBooks or other digital downloads, and all sales are final once access is provided to the digital product. 

This Refund Policy applies to all downloadable eBooks and other digital reading materials purchased through the Black Dossier Publishing LLC website or related sales channels. All products are digital and delivered electronically via download link or online access after successful payment; no physical goods are sold or shipped.

No Refunds And Limited Exceptions

Due to the non-tangible, non-returnable nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable, and no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided after download access has been delivered or granted.

In rare cases, a refund may be considered only for verified duplicate charges, confirmed technical defects that cannot be fixed by reissuing access, or clear billing errors attributable to Black Dossier Publishing LLC, and must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment and an explanation of the issue.

Customer Responsibilities And Legal Notice

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices can open common eBook formats (such as PDF or EPUB) and for promptly downloading and securely storing their files; failure to download or save a file after access is provided does not create eligibility for a refund.

If a confirmation email or download link is not received within 24 hours of purchase, customers must contact Black Dossier Publishing LLC so access can be reissued, and this Refund Policy may be updated at any time by posting a revised version on the website, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
